4. Protect shaved skin.
If your summer wardrobe includes shorts, capris, swimsuits and sleeveless tops, you may be shaving more than usual. Shaving doesn’t just remove hair—it also removes natural protective oils, leaving your skin dry and vulnerable to irritation.
To guard against razor burn and prevent dry skin, apply a thick, luxurious moisturizer like one of our body butters or body lotions after every shave. Switch out your razor or blades frequently to reduce the risks of microtears and infection.
5. Apply Sunscreen Daily
Remember, your skin is a permeable layer. What goes on your skin often ends up inside as well.
